Derived by combining a variety of fatty alcohols from coconut and palm oil. The Cetearyl Alcohol in the Squalane Facial Cream is derived from palm oil.

Historical Uses

It is an ingredient that is used for its emolilant, emulsifying and stabalizing qualities as well as its to ability increase foam and adjust a formulations viscocity. It is often found in body and face creams and lotions, shampoos and conditioners, ointments, body butters and scrubs.
