Sea Salts may contain as many as 75 minerals, including potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorous and bromine. Salts vary in the amounts and types of minerals they contain and in their texture and size, depending on where they are sourced. Geography: Extracted from oceans worldwide and produced through sea water evaporation.

Historical Uses

Sea salts have been used for centuries for their skin soothing, anti-imflammatory properties, to stimulate circulation, as a detoxifying agent, to relieve sore, stiff muscles (in baths) and to soothe and balance skin moisture. Also used for their exfoliating properties (body - not face!) and are most commonly found in bath soaks and body scrubs. Scientific study results indicate Dead Sea salt baths improved skin barrier function improving hydration, reducing inflamations, redness and roughness of skin in subjects.
